2007 Iowa Employment Values Study© results are now available! Our thanks to all Iowa employers who took the time to complete this groundbreaking study.

This study was conducted to better understand the opinions, perceptions, and values of Iowa employees and how they differ from those of Iowa employers. The first study of its kind undertaken in Iowa, this survey took place during the late Fall of 2006 through January 2007.
